This is an innovative new way to communicate the Gospel to kids. So many times
in kids ministry we have no way of following up when a child has shown an
interest in learning more about accepting Christ as their Lord and Savior. Faith
Rangers is the Genesiskidz way of taking care of that problem. First of all it allows
the parents to be a part of the process, after all they know their children better than
anyone. When a kid comes forward in one of our services or has expressed
interest to the parent at home we now have something to put in their hand to
explain what it truly means to accept and be a disciple of Christ.

You simply take the Faith Rangers 101 DVD home and watch it together. After discussing the DVD material the parent and child can work through some fun review pages based on the subject matter on the 101 DVD. When that is complete the parents and the child will attend the Faith Rangers 201 class on baptism held the first Sunday of every month during the 9:00 a.m. Sunday service. When 201 is complete and the child is ready to take the next step and follow Jesus' example in baptism, we have planned a very special event just for them. Once a quarter we will have an evening in their honor. We encourage you to invite family members and friends to celebrate this momentous occasion. Dinner will be served followed by a baptism service which will be recorded. A certificate and a DVD copy of their baptism will be given to every kid who completes the Faith Rangers program. Highlights of the service will be shown Sunday morning during regular service times so the entire church body can share in the celebration. We owe it to our kids to make this a a special event that they will never forget. It is the most important decision they will ever make, let's get them started off right!
